LAND PLAN

March Air Force Base was realigned under the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission [BRAC] in 1996. Of the original 6,700 acres, the Air Force Reserves will retain 2,258 acres, while making available the remainder for development – allowing for an incredible holistic master planning opportunity.

MarchLife has partnered with (HOK), a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm to create, develop, and execute the master plan vision for the MarchLife Campus in Riverside County, California.

The new MarchLife campus will be the center for medical research and treatment in Southern California. The three and a half million-square feet, 236-acre project is designed to include hospital towers, medical office buildings, retail, skilled nursing facilities, a continuing care community, wellness centers, healing gardens, spiritual healing facilities, and ambulatory care facilities. Integrated with an abundance of open space, the campus design includes parks, water features, walking trails and exercise areas.
